Throughout the course of your Ju-jitsu training, you learn what you need to know to defend yourself, while raising your personal awareness and self-confidence in our graduated self-defense program.

Seniors classes at our school are offered for students 16 years and older. Group classes stress physical fitness as well as practical self-defence knowledge and fighting skills. Students learn not only "techniques," but also how to effectively apply their skills in actual self-defence situations. Improved fitness, ability to handle stress, and greater self-confidence are some of the benefits that will be acquired through training. A convenient schedule provides the necessary flexibility to meet the needs of all students.

  

Ju-Jitsu Kyu Grade Belt Progression

White to Green:  These levels focus on teaching you all the basic fundamentals you need to defend yourself on the street and the foundations required for advanced learning.

Purple to Black:  These levels reinforce the self-defense fundamentals learned at prior belt levels, adding advanced training that develops your awareness and adaptive abilities.
